Currently, there are no health restrictions in place relating to COVID-19. The rules for the festival regarding COVID-19 may change, at the Organizer’s sole discretion, depending on the public health situation and mandates regarding COVID-19 issued by the U.S. Government, State of California and/or Los Angeles County at the time of the event.
- 100% refund for cancellations prior to August 6th, 2023 or your pass can be rolled over for the next year.
- If cancellation takes place after August 6th, your ticket can not be rolled over to the next year’s event and no refund will be issued.
- If you are unable to attend the festival due to an active COVID-19 infection, or are in isolation or quarantine due to COVID-19 infection, you will be given a full refund for your pass or you may transfer your pass to the next year’s festival upon providing proof of COVID-19 positive test from a professional testing facility.

Space is limited at all festival events, and if an event is sold out, there will be no ticket sales at the door. We strongly encourage you to purchase advance tickets.
For those who are NOT staying at Biltmore Hotel and will be attending Gavito Tango Festival and wish to park at Biltmore Hotel, the parking cost is $25 (no re-entering) with the voucher (ask at registration).
For those who ARE STAYING at the hotel and parking the car overnight at Biltmore Hotel, the cost per day is $45.
Other parking options are available within the WALKING distance from the venue (Biltmore Hotel). One of them is Pershing Square Parking Garage located right across the street from Biltmore Hotel (https://downtownla.com/go/pershing-square-garage), the address is 530 S. Olive St, LA, CA 90013. Prices: Daily $3.00 each 15 min. Max $20.00. Evening $9.00 Monday to Friday, 5:00pm to 2:00am. Weekend $9.00 all day until 2:00am. Overnight $20.00.
