GENERAL LIABILITY WAIVER
By registering for this event (Gavito Tango Festival), you acknowledge that the activities involved are considered a sport and may include physical contact, including close embrace. You also declare that you do not have any physical condition that may increase the risk of injury. By participating, you understand and accept the physical nature of the dance approach and techniques required for this event. You are participating voluntarily and assume all risks of injury or harm that may arise from your participation.
By registering, you release Gavito Tango Festival, its organizers and producers Dennis Cante and Tanya Spektor, its employees, agents, performers, teachers, volunteers, The Millennium Biltmore Hotel (506 South Grand Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90071), and guests from all claims, demands, fines, liabilities, costs, and damages that might arise from participation in this event.
GAVITO TANGO FESTIVAL PHOTOS, VIDEOS, AND PUBLICITY
Gavito Tango Festival Photos, Videos, and Publicity Release Agreement for Use on Facebook and other social, online photo, and video publishing: By registering for the Gavito Tango Festival 2025, you are giving your permission to the Gavito Tango Festival, Dennis Cante Tango Academy, Dennis Cante, and Tanya Spektor to use any photos or videos taken of you during the festival. The pictures and videos may be posted on the internet, any of our websites, and/or on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc. We assure you that your photos and videos will not be sold or used in conjunction with any inflammatory content. However, if you do not want your photos or videos used, you can submit a request in writing, and we will remove you from any images/videos.
PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY DURING GAVITO TANGO FESTIVAL
Photo, Video, and Publicity Release Agreement
By registering for Gavito Tango Festival, you grant permission to the Gavito Tango Festival, Dennis Cante Tango Academy, Dennis Cante, and Tanya Spektor to use any photos or videos taken of you during the festival. This includes use on the internet, social media platforms, websites, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital or printed media.
We assure you that your photos and videos will not be sold or used in association with any inflammatory or inappropriate content. If you do NOT want your photos or videos used, you may submit a request in writing, and we will remove you from any published materials.
PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY
Only designated official event staff are permitted to capture professional photos and videos during the event. External or third-party professional photographers and/or videographers are NOT allowed to operate unless expressly authorized by the event organizers and producers (Dennis Cante and Tanya Spektor) through written and signed permission.
Professional equipment—including but not limited to tripods, external lighting, professional cameras, photography setups, and videography rigs—is not permitted anywhere on festival premises (Crystal Room, Tiffany Room, Gold Room, Emerald Room, Heinsbergen Room, adjacent hallways, and outdoor patio areas).
Additionally, using festival premises for personal or commercial professional projects—including photoshoots, video shoots, or promotional content—is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing.
Individuals found violating this policy may be subject to fines and removal from the event, as determined by legal counsel and event management.
ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY
Sexual activities, harassment, or any form of inappropriate behavior are strictly prohibited on festival premises (Crystal Room, Tiffany Room, Gold Room, Emerald Room, Heinsbergen Room, adjacent hallways, and outdoor patio areas).
All attendees and staff must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner, refraining from any behavior that may cause discomfort, intimidation, or offense to others.
Any instances of:
- sexual harassment
- sexual assault
- coercion
- intimidation
- violence
- or any illegal activities
will result in immediate removal from the event and will be reported to the appropriate authorities, including law enforcement, for further investigation and action.
PRIVACY POLICY PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including but not limited to when Users visit our Site, register on the Site, place an order, and connect with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available on our Site. Personal identification information may include your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and credit card information, which we will only collect if necessary.

We may also collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site.
