Kristen stepped into her first milonga in Istanbul in the winter of 2014 and fell in love immediately. Upon moving to Los Angeles, she further enmeshed herself in the dance and discovered a love of the music. Since 2017 she has been an iconic local DJ at Oxygen Tango by the moniker of Vicktorious & other local LA milongas, including Tango Mio & Gavito. In 2022, she DJed the first Gavito Tango Festival in Los Angeles.

As a DJ, her focus is to get people on the floor doing what we love most, dancing. Her tandas have a flow and energy that drive the milonga.
